Scope and responsibilities
This policy explains how Fat Spider LLC handles personal information when you visit our website, contact us, manage an account, or receive our services.
For information we process solely on a business client’s instructions, the client generally determines the purposes of processing. Our service agreement and any applicable data-processing agreement govern that work. Requests concerning a client’s customers or users may need to be directed to that client.
Information we collect
Depending on your interactions with us, we collect contact and business details, including your name, email address, company, and role; account, authorization, and session information; service requests, communications, documents, and other materials you provide; information from connected systems that you authorize us to access; subscription, invoice, transaction-status, and limited payment-method information; and technical records needed to operate and protect services, such as access logs, error records, browser or device details, and operational usage information.
Stripe processes payment credentials. We receive information needed to administer billing, rather than complete payment-card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to deliver agreed work, operate accounts and integrations, respond to requests, administer payments, maintain security, investigate errors or misuse, and comply with applicable obligations.
We may use internal operational measurements to understand service performance and reliability. Any future use of advertising trackers or materially different analytics will require an appropriate disclosure and any consent required by law.
AI-assisted reasoning
We may use OpenAI to assist with analysis and reasoning when delivering agreed services. Where this involves client information, we limit the information shared to what is needed for the work.
OpenAI’s processing and retention depend on the product, configuration, and contractual arrangements used. This policy does not promise zero retention or exclusion from model training across every OpenAI product.
Before processing confidential or personal client content through AI, we will confirm that the selected arrangement is appropriate for the agreed work and communicate any material restrictions. Do not provide highly sensitive or regulated information unless we have expressly agreed to handle it.
Sharing and service providers
We share information with providers as needed for their role in hosting, communications, payments, security, and service delivery. Current service arrangements include Stripe for payments, Google Workspace for business email, OpenAI for the reasoning described above, and the hosting infrastructure supporting the relevant website or application.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate confidentiality and applicable law.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Marketing email
We send marketing email when you opt in. You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe instructions in a message or by contacting support@meetfatspider.com.
We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days. We may retain a limited suppression record to respect your choice. Necessary billing, security, and service communications may continue independently of marketing preferences.
Cookies and technical storage
Our services use cookies or similar storage where needed for sign-in, session security, preferences, and essential operation.
Optional tracking technologies, if introduced, will be disclosed separately and subject to applicable consent requirements. Browser controls may let you restrict storage, although doing so can affect functionality.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant service, account administration, legal recordkeeping, security, or dispute-resolution purpose.
Retention depends on the type of information, the service agreement, provider arrangements, and applicable obligations. We do not promise one deletion period for all records.
After a verified deletion request or the end of an agreed retention period, we delete or deidentify information where appropriate. Restricted backups may persist until their normal replacement, and certain legal, billing, security, or suppression records may need to remain.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and service, including access restrictions and protected credential handling. No system can guarantee absolute security.
We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use appropriate arrangements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or restrict certain uses of your information, withdraw consent, or appeal a request decision.
Contact support@meetfatspider.com. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. We will explain any applicable limits or required retention. You may also have a right to contact an appropriate privacy regulator.
Children and changes
Our services are intended for adults and businesses, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.
We will update this policy when our practices change, display the effective date, and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
